For this personal project, I worked on onboarding screens for a banking app (ThriveBank) that encourages and inspires new users and/or customers. My main focus was translating what experiences and services ThriveBank offers in a friendly tone.
Task
How can we inspire new users and customers to join ThriveBank and get started on their new journey at ThriveBank?
Strategy & goals
Capture attention: craft compelling headlines and copy that capture the attention of new users, making them curious about the benefits and offerings of ThriveBank.
Communicate value: clearly articulate the value proposition of ThriveBank by highlighting the unique features, benefits, and advantages that make it an appealing choice for users.
Build trust and confidence: use reassuring language and visuals to instill confidence in new users by highlighting security measures, benefits, and any additional support available to them.
Speak to users in a friendly tone and share what ThriveBank does for their customers: What is their priority? What can they do for you? Overall, I focused on speaking to customers and establishing a voice for ThriveBank when working on the copy.
Writing & Final Design
The final copy showcases the benefits and services offered by ThriveBank, instilling trust and confidence in new users in a friendly tone. The onboarding also allows for a welcoming experience for customers to join ThriveBank.
